The SYC Pride Fire is building a Premier Level Team
The SYC Pride Fire is a WAGS D5 team.
Fire's planned 2012 Tournaments include:
- VA Rush Cup on the Coast (March 10 & 11)
- The Virginian (May 26 - 28)
- Freedom Scrimmagefest (August 4)
- Columbia Fall Classic (November 17 & 18)

Fire's Head Coach is 2-time DAC Coach of the Year Stu Pierson (NSCAA AdvNatl, USSF C) whose philosophy of “value every player” is reflected throughout the training staff as well as the 3 other teams in the age group. SYC Pride Fire is a group of top athletes focused on competing on the soccer pitch, not only for the opportunity to win, but also for the sheer joy of playing quality, attractive soccer together. Many of the Fire's players are multiple-sport athletes, who have chosen to make soccer their primary focus, while maintaining their other interests as well.
